IT Training: one-to-one appointments through the day

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Evening space for young people (aged 18-35)
For young adults living or studying in Islington, aged 18-35 years who would like support with their mental health through group work and activities

Drop-in 5:30pm – 9:30pm
Facilitated workshop / peer support group 6:30pm – 8:30pm

Mental health support in group and 1:1 settings
Workshops and activities such as art, music, filmmaking, mindfulness, boxing, life skills
Free snacks, drinks and resources such as TV, gaming, music and art rooms and pool

Tuesday

Drop-in 10:30am – 3:30pm
Art room: materials provided
Music room: instruments provided
IT room
Lunch 1:00pm – 1:45pm (£3.00) to eat in or take away

Mindful walking group 11:30am

Men’s Space 12:00pm – 3:30pm

Mindfulness 12:30pm – 1:00pm

As of October 2024 the Psychosis Therapy Project no longer operates from Islington Mind. Information can be found at ptp-usemi.org.uk

Thursday

Drop-in 10:30am – 3:30pm
Art room: materials provided
Music room: instruments provided
IT room
Lunch 1:00pm – 1:45pm (£3.00) to eat in or take away
Board games and table tennis available
Tea and coffee
Volunteers to talk to, help with calls, emails etc.

Music Therapy Group 2:00pm – 3:00pm
No musical experience necessary
One-to-one sessions also available – ask staff

Creative Writing & Poetry 2:00pm – 3:30pm

Computer gaming 2:00pm – 3:30pm

Friday

Art room 12:30pm – 3:30pm

Art lesson: 10:30am – 12:30pm

Piano practice: 1:00pm – 3:30pm
1-hour slots for individual practice

Drumming group 1:30pm – 2:30pm
Facilitated drumming and percussion group
