Celebrating Pride – Tuesday 02 July 2024
We are delighted to invite you to our open-day celebrating Pride on Tuesday 2nd July 2024
The day will run from 12pm – 4pm. Join us as we celebrate LGBTQI+ Pride, recognising its origin as a protest and celebrating intersectional LGBTQI+ cultures.
To attend our Pride open-day, please RSVP via our Eventbrite page here. For accessibility purposes we will host the afternoon portion hybrid. If you would like to attend online only please register here.
Included in the day will be…
- Pride themed badge-making
- creative performances from Outcome members, including singing, poetry, and dance
- a trans inclusive women’s room
- a nutritious home-cooked lunch (halal meat and vegan options)
- and much more!
It is also a fantastic chance to learn about our various projects, including:
- RSPL – our psychotherapy clinic for LGTBQI+ asylum seekers, trans and non-binary people, and young people (18-25)
- RSPL – our new outreach programme sharing knowledge about suicide prevention
- FFFTL – our specific asylum seeker and refugee project
- and more!
Unfortunately we are in an old building with architectural limitations on accessibility. We have a ramp leading up to the front door and most of the events will take place downstairs, which is wheelchair accessible (bar nail painting for sensory issues). There is a disabled access bathroom on the ground floor. If you have any accessibility questions or requirements please get in touch.
