Our remote support is confidential. If you do not have access to our online services, please contact us for assistance. We are here to help!

Additionally, we are offering daily drop-ins, we are hosting a variety of activity groups, as well as small support groups that offer a safe space to discuss difficult topics, such as grief, anxiety and isolation.

The majority of our activities and support groups take place in-person at our day centres. We continue to provide an online service in response to the needs of people not yet ready to access our services in person. Please check this website for updates.

Remote activities take place via Zoom. Telephone 020 3301 9850 or email admin@islingtonmind.org.uk for an invitation to these activities.
